This method really works! Maybe not for everyone, but at least it worked for me. I didn’t get much results on the first 4 days after starting, but my skin was rejuvenated and acne free after a week.

Applying the method is a pain in the ass, those of you who have tried it knows that is true in more than one way. It’s also a method that demands constant “after care” so to speak, as you have to stick to the rules to keep your skin clear. I started cheating after a month, and it didn’t go unpunished.

It’s a great method, but the ebook is very fluffy with content that isn’t at all necessary to understand and apply the method. I think it’s a bit overpriced for a pdf-document :/

I don’t get it. What’s all the fuss about? The diet that’s described is age-old and found freely all around the web.

I bought it, but had to slave myself through like 80 pages before it even started to reveal what it’s about… And it’s the friggin diet. Been there, done that, and I’d much rather by some friggin oil or whatever than go through the pain this book is about. Geez. Save your money and buy a crapload of red apples and live on that for a couple of days. Aenema to get rid of pimples? Not bloody likely.

    I know it’s effective. I just don’t like it.
